Processing Times

At BESTEST MIRRORS, we strive to process your orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-demand periods, such as sales or holidays, processing times may extend to 3-5 business days. Rest assured, we work hard to minimize any delays and keep you updated throughout the process.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Below is an overview of our shipping rates and estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Estimated Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
    • Rate: Free for orders over $50
  • Priority Shipping:

    • Estimated Delivery Time: 3-4 business days
    • Rate: $29.99

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions. International orders may require additional customs processing, potentially extending the delivery time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update. You can also track your order directly through the carrier’s website.

International Shipping

We proudly ship to customers worldwide. However, please note that international shipping times may vary based on the destination country and customs processing. Duties, taxes, and other fees may apply to international shipments and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orders shipped outside United States of America may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary widely; we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain countries due to carrier restrictions. If your address falls under these categories, please contact our customer support team for assistance in finding alternative solutions.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

We are committed to ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. For damaged packages, provide photos of the damage along with your order details to expedite the resolution process.

  • Lost Packages: Contact us if tracking shows the package was delivered but you haven’t received it. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or issue a replacement where applicable.
  • Stolen Packages: Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for stolen packages. We recommend using secure delivery addresses or opting for signature-required delivery.

Order Changes and Address Errors

If you need to update your shipping address or modify your order, please contact us immediately at Admin@bestestmirrorsla.com. Changes cannot be made after the order has been shipped.
